Dear Lord, Forever

There was a time,
when my life had no meaning,
it was empty and hopeless, as was i,
and i couldn’t find many reasons,
to keep going on,
being so happy in everyone else’s eyes.
I lay awake at night, wondering why i was
so helpless, unaccepted.
After searching for many years, i found
you, and my whole world changed, my life
finally seemed not so empty,
and it seemed to have some sort of
meaning for being here in this crazed world.
It was you, you opened my eyes,
and showed me what true life and true love
was. You showed me that no matter what,
you would be there, with open arms,
saying- “I love you”-“forever.”-
